welcome to Kumamoto

Here we introduce the new city mascot, Kumamon. Virtually unknown until recently(I have friends in Kyoto who came from Kumamoto and have not seen this guy yet) but he is getting heavily promoted...and even turned a bit viral on Tumblr.com !!
