The paper dress reminded my aunt of how they tried this as fashion in the '60s, she said they thought it would be easy and less washing...didn't work out, but looks nice here.

I saw this nice bit of paper art-suki origami[I love paper art]
The paper dress reminded my aunt of how they tried this as fashion in the '60s, she said they thought it would be easy and less washing...didn't work out, but looks nice here.
Next to the origami-and table with older folks making origami-was an exhibit of inkbrush calligraphy-very nice. And they seemed to get a kick out of the gaijin showing an interest! Then they asked if I could sign the guestbook with the provided inkbrush-fun!
